We do not offer refunds for any canceled rides. If a ride is canceled less than 72 hours after it is booked — even if you book and cancel within 24 hours — no refund will be issued.

However, you may reschedule your ride. To do so, you must submit a request in writing via email within one hour of canceling your ride. If this rescheduling request is not received within that time frame, your payment will be forfeited.

All communications and rescheduling must be handled online. We do not process rescheduling requests over the phone.

By submitting a ride reservation request, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our system will send you a text message confirming your booking, including the driver’s contact information. Please note that email confirmations are not sent at the time of booking. You will receive an email only after the ride has been completed.
